- This is often more effective the earlier you start, so don't hesitate to start working on it NOW.
- Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMAD)
- Postpartum depression isn't the only issue. Some women feel anxious or depressed during pregnancy. Others don't feel depressed, but live with nearly-constant anxieties. Even mild depression can take the joy out of your time with your baby. There's much you can do to start feeling better, so reach out!
- If you're considering whether or not you're depressed, whether or not you should ask for help, ASK FOR HELP. There's no reason to wait. You're worth it. Your time with your family is worth it.
