- Conflict Resolution (Hopefully we'll never need this, but it's good to know how we'll resolve an issue if it comes up.)
- In-house conflict resolution. Let's talk about it! Most problems can be solved with clear communication and an aim toward resolution. If you need to speak to someone other than the person you're in conflict with, that can be arranged. Just ask.
- Third Party Mediation by Community Mediation Services. Conflicts that can't be solved in-house can almost always be resolved with the help of a mediator. If you can, reach out to us and we'll pay for and set up the mediation. Or, contact CMS directly.
